• All items are shipped via the US Postal Service. Tracking info will be emailed once an order has shipped. Packages can be tracked at usps.com.
• You will receive your order within approximately 10 business days for most items in stock, unless otherwise noted. We will notify you via email if there’s a delay in shipping.

If you choose to return an item, please contact us within 30 days. We ask that you first call so we can give you a Return Authorization Number and then please ship the item to the following address:

We will refund the cost of the item(s) less the shipping cost.

If you receive an order of Tile Tattoos and choose to return them you have 30 days to call us and ask for a Return Authorization #. Once we receive the items, we will refund you the total amount of the product cost, but not the shipping. We will, however, email you a return label at no extra charge.
You may remove the Tile Tattoos from their draw-string pouches to see if the color, design, etc. works for you. If you choose to install a decal we will not charge you. If you install multiple decals we will charge you $3 for each used or missing decal.
